No, Level Up tickets do not include your concert tickets. They are add-ons created to take your concert experience at a Moody Amphitheater show to the next level.

There are several different Level Up experiences to choose from. From premium parking locations to rooftop access to access to a private, air-conditioned lounge with indoor restrooms and a bar, there’s a Level Up experience for everyone!

There are two Level Up packages to choose from:

- Expedited Entry + Lounge Access:
Enjoy a designated entrance for expedited entry into the venue, plus access to both the Rooftop Terrace and PNC Lounge for just $40 per person.

- Expedited Entry, Lounge Access, and VIP Parking:
Enjoy all of the perks above, PLUS covered parking in one of the nearest parking garages, for $60. Only one Level Up parking package per vehicle is necessary.

Level Up tickets are sold exclusively through Ticketmaster.com. Please be wary of third party resale platforms.

The designated entrance for Level Up purchasers is located at our Rooftop Terrace entrance at 1401 Trinity St. Please have both your Level Up and concert admission tickets ready upon arrival, and a Guest Services team member will scan your tickets and give you the appropriate wristband for your Level Up perks.

If you have purchased a Level Up ticket that includes premium parking, you will receive an email the week of the event with the parking location. You will simply need to arrive at the designated parking garage where a garage attendant will check you in by first and last name of the purchaser.

Level Up tickets are final sale and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.
